Dip Molding

Dip Molding is process of creating a molding, rather than a coating of an object. These molds can be custom designed to an almost endless list of shapes. The object to be molded is dipped into a plastisol and then allowed to cure. Once the plastisol reaches a certain temperature it is carefully stripped from the object, and a hollow mold is produced.
